Refund policy
We have a strict 30 day return policy. If it has passed 30 days since your order was placed, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email our customer care team at: hello@fightonboxing.com.au with proof of purchase and our team will assist you further.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email from our customer care team to finalise the refund/exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns/exchanges. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any items purchased during a sale period will not be eligible for a refund.
FIGHTON BOXING WARRANTY:
Fighton Boxing Gear warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to neglect or misuse.
